This meditation was composed in response to some lossess I had in the past few years. During this time I lost my brother, ended a relationship, changed jobs, and moved twice. All of this loss opened a space for me to reflect and use music communicate what I've learned. Loss is difficult, but in a grief space there are opportunities for gentleness, play, and intimacy with spirit. I hope this meditation facilitates such opportunities for you.
